Term Of Use

By using this web site, customers indicate that they have read these Terms of Use carefully and agreed to these Terms of Use. 2D3DCAD does not provide any services for customers who do not agree to its Terms of Use. 2D3DCAD has the right to change, add, update, or remove parts of these terms and the contents of the web site at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

Terms of services

2D3DCAD will perform any revision or adjustment per Customer's instruction. However, if such revision or adjustment prevents 2D3DCAD from meeting the planned schedule, it may expand the turnaround time as it might have to do so. If there is any change not relating to such revision or adjustment at scope of work, the additional charge will be added to the original contract price.

Any delay in making payment of the payment schedule shall be deemed a material breach of the contract and 2D3DCAD may cease work without being pending payment. Also, 2D3DCAD will not be liable for any delay from the Completion Schedule.

2D3DCAD shall have copyrights to the work of Customer's order. Any photographs taken of 2D3DCAD's work shall be property of the Customer and 2D3DCAD.

2D3DCAD has the right to post information and pictures taken of its designs or the work of Customer's order on the web site at any time.

All disputes hereunder shall be resolved by binding arbitration in LA County, CA. and in accordance with rules of the American Arbitration Association.

2D3DCAD does not do job site visits.

In order to be provided Computer Aided Design drafting, Customer/Client agrees to pay all fees as terms of payment. Only written contract will be applied.

Upon 2D3DCAD receiving corrections from customer, 2D3DCAD will deduct from the credit card that was used to make first payment, the final payment balance. Should customer need additional corrections after final payment 2D3DCAD will make all reasonable corrections to satisfy customer. Customer’s completed work will be sent without watermark as completed order.

It gives us great pleasure to provide the following professional services, but we need your help to reduce your cost and our cost. All 3D rendering corrections must be printed out then marked with black pen or dark marker and initialed, all writing shall be clearly legible then sent back to us for corrections.
